RETURNS
Due to the type of service we provide, all sales are FINAL SALE, excluding the following reason for return or refund:
- There is a problem with the print itself. not including spelling mistakes, size of print or size of garment ordered.
please note: when placing a custom order, it is down to the customer to give us the exact artwork design, specific measurements and where on the garment they would like their design printed. it is also down to the customer to ensure there are no spelling mistakes before we print.
(a proof will be sent to the customer before any printing takes place, to avoid any of these issues taking place)
TURN AROUND TIME
ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED (AND WE HAVE RECIEVED ARTWORK AND MEASUREMENTS IF IT IS A CUSTOM ORDER), WE AIM TO SEND A 'PROOF' BACK TO THE CUSTOMER WITHIN 48 HOURS. ONCE WE RECIEVE APPROVAL TO PRINT FROM THE CUSTOMER, PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 7 WORKING DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE DELIVERED/SHIPPED OR PICKED UP. THIS BEING SAID, WE TRY OUR BEST TO HAVE ORDERS READY WITHIN 3-5 WORKING DAYS.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
AFTER RECIEVING YOUR ORDER, DO NOT WASH FOR 48 HOURS.
WASH ON A LOW, COOL WASH ENSURING THE GARMENT IS INSIDE OUT.
DO NOT TUMBLE DRY.
